Ingredients

• Chicken
• Ripe plantains
• Tomatoes
• Onions
• Bell peppers and carrots

Preparation

1. 1Fry the ripe plantain pieces and set aside.
2. 2Brown the chicken pieces, then set aside as well.
3. 3Prepare a sauce with tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and carrots.
4. 4Return the chicken to the sauce and simmer.
5. 5Fold in the fried plantains at the end and serve hot.
